He is a seasoned professional with 21(Twenty-One) +years of experience, and has a Degree in Hotel Management.  The initial days saw him working at Hotel Millennium Park as Asst. Manager FO & then at Kokanratna Holidays Resort Ltd & Blue Country as Operation Manager.

He then moved to Mahindra Holidays & Resort India Ltd. as Senior Manager Operation and Administration and was involved in the Pre-Opening of Club Mahindra Saj and Club Mahindra, Hatgad (Sapurata). He has also worked with The Machan, Lonavala as Senior Manager Operation & Administration. Before joining Lords, he was associated with M/s Eease Hospitality Services LLP, Pune as Business Development Manager.
