Mr. Rahul has been an asset to various organisations and has handled the HR domain with key skills in recruitment, devising policy for talent acquisition, talent assessment and interviewing. He also has experience in working in the acquisitions/Amalgamation for smooth takeover of a property.
Prior to Lords Hotels and Resorts, he was a part of Suman Motels Limited as Mumbai Zonal Manager, Indian Adventures, Mumbai – Wildlife Chain of Resorts (Pan India) as Senior Manager, HR – Admin & Operations; including projects; and, lastly with Panoramic Group, Mumbai – Pan India Hotel/Resort as Head HR.
