What are the challenges a working women faces after motherhood? How can she overcome it?

It becomes difficult for some women to advance in their life after motherhood. It can also impact their ability to create a secured financial future. In such scenarios women must consider expanding skill sets while they are at home. They should also stay in touch with their group members & seniors, develop new professional connections etc.

How do you balance your life as a mother and a working professional?

Balancing is the most significant aspect of a working woman’s life. Planning and organizing my day to day tasks help me to balance my home and work effectively.

How have your children been an inspiration for your growth?

My daughters are a great source of inspiration for me. They are my life’s most precious gifts. They inspire me to work hard and accomplish something great in life. Seeing the kindness in them has helped me to see kindness in others.

I have been enriched by the unconditional love they have showered on me. This love and affection has made my life richer than it otherwise would have been.

Any special message or advice for working mothers or house wives

I want to take a moment to acknowledge your strength, dedication, and resilience. You are an inspiration to many, and your contributions to the workforce are invaluable. Remember that your voice matters, your ideas are important, and your skills are deserving of recognition.

Take care of yourselves, both physically and emotionally. Prioritize self-care and find a balance that works for you.

Keep striving, keep dreaming, and keep making a difference. The world is a better place because of you.
