We are happy to announce the appointment of Shweta Hinduja as the Multi-Property Director of Human Resources for JW Marriott Pune & Courtyard by Marriott Hinjewadi. An accomplished Human Resources professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry, Shweta possesses exceptional team management skills and is recognized as a genial leader.

She started her career journey with Hyatt in 2004 at the Hyatt Regency Mumbai hotel as a Management Trainee in Front Office. With her keen interest in developing talent and managing people, she was assigned the responsibilities of a Training Officer and subsequently attained various positions in the Human Resources domain.

She joined the Marriott family in 2019 as Director of Human Resources at the Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel and continued to grow in her role as Cluster Director of Human Resources for Marriott properties owned and managed by ‘SAMHI Hotels’

In 2020, she was awarded the Marriott APEC HR Resilience Award and also nominated amongst the top five HR Manager of the Year at the 12th Hotelier India Awards 2021.

Shweta enjoys travelling, exploring wildlife and spending quality time with her family. Recent addition to her interests include participating in Marathon’s and taking care of her home garden.
