Ms. Akriti Mehan is a knowledgeable professional in the hospitality industry, with a diverse experience of more than a decade. Her commitment towards her work is truly remarkable.

She commenced on her journey in the hospitality industry by joining ITC Hotels as a Management trainee. During her training span she has worked in ITC Maurya, ITC Mughal, ITC Grand Chola & Sheraton New Delhi. Post the completion of the Management Training she was posted as the Manager in ITC Maratha and later in ITC Grand Bharat and ITC Grand Goa. Her commitment and Dedication led her to a well- deserved position as the Executive Housekeeper in 2022 at ITC Grand Goa.

Balancing her work and personal life she became mother of adorable twins and post her maternity leave she has joined ITC Grand Central in July, 2023. Ms. Mehan is currently the Executive Housekeeper at ITC Grand Central, Mumbai.

During her free time, she loves to do bottle painting and exploring sustainable gift packing which helps her being in touch with the artistic and responsible side of herself. As a leader she strongly believes that if the work environment of the team is healthy than the life span of that team increases in the organization. Housekeeping as a department is always noticed hence, she ensures some small touches in the rooms, personalization in guest amenities and extending the feeling of ‘being cared for’ to be felt by guests during their stay.

Her golden words of advice to the young blood aspiring to be the future of hospitality is ‘Be patient & Believe in yourself; whilst you invest in a lot of hard work’.
