She holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Sinhgad Institute of Business Administration & Research and is renowned for her expertise in fostering positive employee relations and nurturing a supportive, progressive workplace culture.

Geeti is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion, striving to cultivate an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered. Her outstanding contributions to the field were recognized when she received the Hospitality Women Achiever Award from the International Hospitality Council-IIHM on April 24.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Geeti is passionate about exploring new cultures and destinations, fueled by her love for travel. We are thrilled to welcome her to the InterContinental Jaipur team!
