With an impressive two-decade career in the Hospitality Industry, Saleem is a dedicated hotelier who embarked on his journey after completing his hospitality management studies. He has made significant contributions to prestigious organizations such as Green Park Hotel, Hilton, Taj, and Fortune by ITC, initially specializing in the Food & Beverage division. Later, he made a successful transition into the Learning and Quality domain, leaving a mark at Fortune by ITC and Radisson Hyderabad. Furthermore, he assumed a leadership role in the HR domain with Loloata Island Resort Port Moresby and Pi Square Technologies India Private Limited in Hyderabad.
Saleem’s impressive qualifications include a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, accompanied by international training and coaching certifications from SHRM, HRCI, and CPD, which showcase his capacity as a change catalyst and a productivity coach. During his leisure time, Saleem enjoys reading books, writing articles, cooking, and tending to his gardening hobby. He thrives on his interactions with people and considers himself a true “people’s person.”
