Chennai, 12^th July 2022 – Hyatt Regency Chennai is pleased to announce the elevation of Ms.  Sangeeta Nongthombam as the new Assistant Front Office Manager. She has over 12 years  of professional experience in the hotel industry. 

Her key responsibility areas include staff management, developing and executing smooth check  in and check out, analyzing problems figures, ensuring exceptional customer service, revenue  maximization etc. 

Sangeeta began her career with Hyatt hotels as a Trainee in Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa and  climbed the ladder of leadership with the Front Office department from there on. She has  worked in Goa property for eight years before moving to Hyatt Regency Chennai. 

Sangeeta ensures that service to the guest is of high quality and follows up with them to make  sure that all their problems are resolved satisfactory.
