Chennai, October 2024 – Hyatt Regency Chennai is proud to announce the appointment of Preeti Chugh as the new Executive Housekeeper.

Preeti Chugh brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, with over two decades of expertise in managing housekeeping operations across renowned hotels. She has held leadership roles in prestigious properties such as Hotel Sahara Star Mumbai and Ramada Hotel & Convention Center, overseeing teams of over 100 members and maintaining high brand standards. Preeti is also an advocate for sustainability, having led “Go Green” initiatives to track and implement environmentally friendly practices.

In her new role, Preeti will manage all housekeeping operations at Hyatt Regency Chennai, ensuring that the property upholds the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. She will also be responsible for managing laundry operations, landscaping, and the overall upkeep of the hotel’s facilities.

Before joining Hyatt Regency Chennai, Preeti worked as Executive Housekeeper at Hotel Sahara Star Mumbai, where she achieved a 91% audit score for brand standards compliance. She has extensive experience managing both housekeeping and laundry operations, as well as implementing training programs for staff development.
