Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, New Delhi is delighted to announce the recent appointment of Mr. Gaurav Tiwari as their new Assistant Front Office Manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing Front Office operations, enhancing guest experience and fostering customer loyalty.

Gaurav brings over 11 years of hospitality experience, his journey has taken him through some of the most prestigious hotel brands globally including Sayaji Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, Accor Hotels and Reliance Retail.

He started his career in 2013 and has a strong acumen of handling guests and brings with him an array of skills to the table. In his exemplary career, he is recognized for his relentless commitment to delivery operational excellence.

At Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, New Delhi, he will be responsible for maintaining established quality and service standards along with new concepts and innovative ideas to elevate guest experience.

He started his journey with Sayaji Hotels in Indore in 2013 and was later moved to Radisson Blu Indore, IBIS Gurgaon and Radisson Paschim Vihar, New Delhi where he served close to 5 years. In his last assignment with Reliance Retail, he looked after the operations and showcased his ability to drive outstanding performance and raised extensive exposure through effective store management and customer service experience.

In his current role, he endeavours to provide exceptional care and work environment to each team member and will continue to inspire her team and drive key results for the hotel.

In her leisure time, Gaurav enjoys to spend time with his family and is extremely passionate about travelling and exploring new places. We wish him all the success in his new journey with Hyatt Hotels.
