HRAWI Organizes FSSAI’s Latest FoSTaC Programme In Mumbai
Mumbai, Oct 18: The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI organized Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s (FSSAI) latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) programme on October 10th at The Resort in Mumbai.
Mumbai, Oct 18: The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI organized Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s (FSSAI) latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) programme on October 10th at The Resort in Mumbai. The event witnessed the participation of 37 hospitality professionals which focused on equipping individuals with crucial knowledge and skills necessary for ensuring safe and healthy food practices. The programme comprehensively covered essential topics including food handling, preparation, hygiene, sanitation and waste management to equip participants in implementing these practices effectively in daily operations.
The inauguration of the training session was led by Dr Pasupathy, Trainer from Parikshan; Mr Abhijeet Adurkar, Hotel Manager, The Resort; Mr Abdul Wahab Kazi, Assistant F&B Manager from The Resort; Ms Nishita Bardan, Assistant Manager Trainings and Quality from Four Points by Sheraton, and Mr Kunal Gujral, Secretary General of HRAWI.
HRAWI has successfully trained and certified 2797 professionals in FSSAI’s FoSTaC Training Programme.
