Ms. Sangiri brings a wealth of experience and  a proven track record of success in Human Resources, having honed her skills across diverse  industries and geographies, including India and the UAE. 

Ms. Sangiri’s career trajectory is a testament to her dedication and expertise in various facets  of HR management. With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Bharathiar  University and a PGPM (Master’s Degree) in HR from the National School of Business,  Bangalore, she is equipped with a strong academic foundation. She has held key positions at  prestigious organizations such as Golden Tulip (Louvre Hotel Group), The Living Adventure  (Accor Project), Goldfinch Hotels (MRG Group), Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., Agility HRMS Pvt.  Ltd., and ITC Ltd., consistently demonstrating her ability to lead and excel in challenging roles. 

Her comprehensive skillset encompasses talent acquisition, payroll management,  compensation and benefits, employee engagement, grievance handling, and data analytics. Ms.  Sangiri’s expertise in recruitment is particularly notable, having successfully managed the  recruitment process for middle to senior-level positions across various locations, including  West Africa, the UAE, and Pan India. She has a keen eye for identifying and nurturing talent,  ensuring the right fit for both the organization and the individual. Beyond her technical expertise, Ms. Sangiri is a strong advocate for employee engagement and development.
