Bengaluru, March 22, 2024:  As part of Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Manyata initiative “Conversations that Care”, Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park marked International Women’s Day with a thought-provoking panel discussion on “Inspiring Inclusion”.

Hilton Garden Inn’s “Conversations that Care” initiative is an annual Women’s Day initiative dedicated to fostering meaningful discussions, where eminent personalities from diverse backgrounds such as Ms. Nalini Shekar, Co-founder, and Executive Director, Hasiru Dala, Ms. Brinda Adige, Director, of Global Concerns India, and Dr. S. Shantha Kumari, renowned Obstetrics and Gynaecologist graced the panel discussion.

The panellists discussed the most pressing issues facing women today, equality to equity, inclusivity, the importance of mentorship programs, education & skill development, and work-life balance.  They also exchanged views on the interconnect of women’s empowerment, social responsibility, and personal well-being providing valuable insights on how to break down barriers and pave the way for a future where women can thrive in all aspects of life.
