From the Kitchen to Front of House
Andreas remarks, “Having been with Hyatt for over 13 years, and seen its commitment to quality in Food and Beverage, makes me want to continue on this path and, leading the F&B team at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon is an opportunity I cherish. I’ve had a glimpse of Indian cuisine through a friend in Tokyo and have developed a liking for dishes like masala dosa, mutton curry, and biryani. Moving from the kitchen to heading the service team is a new chapter in my journey with Hyatt. My aim for the coming years is to position each unique venue in our hotel as a market leader and be known for their consistent quality of food, beverage and service.”
Andreas’s role at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon signifies a shift from his culinary background, taking on a broader range of responsibilities. As the Director of Food and Beverage, Andreas will oversee the refinement of food & beverage services, market positioning, team training, and the enhancement of guest experiences.
Andreas’ vast experience and his understanding of both culinary and F&B service will ensure, Grand Hyatt Gurgaon will further establish itself as a leader in the hospitality industry in the city.
