Rice lovers, don’t miss the Char Sui Pork Rice.

Enhancing the thrill, four skilled chefs from Mumbai infuse their creativity into these Thai-inspired flavours. Try the Mexican taco with a flavour of Thai Chicken Basil Avo Taco, or relish the Carb Gai, Nam Prik Pao, while the Thai-styled smoked pulled Pork Sandwich awaits. Presenting unique fusions are Pandan Custard, Kaffir Lime Curd Doughnut, Coconut Chicken Doughnut with Tom Yum Sugar and more, creating a culinary adventure for the patrons in Mumbai.

For sweet indulgence, be sure to try the Thai Tea Cake and the Young Coconut Cake, alongside some other homegrown delights like Bha-Jang, Chiangmai Sausage, Esan Sausage, Grilled Pork Skewer and Pork Meat Roll with Nam Prik Nhoom. And for those with a penchant for ice creams, savour wholesome flavours by Icestasy featuring Black Sesame, Kaffir Lime Coconut, Durian Banana, Mauritian Vanilla Bean and Red Chilli.

In addition, guests can look forward to a unique dining experience at a special restaurant pop-up–TumTor, curated by Chef Tor all the way from Thailand.

But wait, this is not all! Cocktail enthusiasts can come together for Sip with Seefah, an exquisitely curated bar experience designed to elevate your experience to another level.

Feeling full? Take a stroll through stalls featuring top brands offering a variety of Thai sauces perfect for your everyday cooking. And for our younger visitors, check out the dedicated kids and gaming zone that is sure to keep them entertained and engaged.

Before you take off, the festival’s highlight awaits! Witness the grace and beauty of traditional Thai dance performance by Ms Worakamon and her team.
