Goa, 9th May 2024 – The Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI), the third-largest Hotel & Restaurant Association in the world, in partnership with the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY) and the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, proudly collaborates with  Yoga Mahotsav 2024 to celebrate the International Day of Yoga on June 21, 2024. This year’s theme, “Yoga for Women Empowerment,” highlights yoga’s role in enhancing women’s physical and mental well-being, ultimately fostering a greater sense of empowerment.

To kick off this grand celebration, FHRAI is hosting a pre-event gathering at the Radisson Blu in Goa on May 11, 2024. This gathering serves as a prelude to the larger Yoga Mahotsav, setting the stage for a global celebration of yoga’s positive impact on individuals and society. During this pre-event, attendees will learn about the significance of the International Day of Yoga and the extensive programming planned for the June 21 celebration. Yoga Mahotsav 2024 aims to promote the numerous benefits of yoga for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. By raising awareness about the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life, the event seeks to inspire people to adopt a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
