Fairfield by Marriott, Mumbai International Airport, is delighted to announce the appointment of Shubhangi Patil as the new Training Manager. Shubhangi brings a wealth of experience in food safety, hygiene, and employee development to her new role.

A Hotel Management graduate from Rizvi College, Mumbai, Shubhangi began her career in 2017 as a Commis in the Kitchen at Trident BKC. Her passion for food safety and hygiene led her to pursue a postgraduate degree in Quality Assurance from Sophia College, Mumbai. With her growing expertise, she transitioned into the role of Hygiene Executive at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa in 2021, where she took charge of ensuring food safety and training food handlers.

Recognizing her potential, DoubleTree by Hilton Goa offered her cross-training in Learning and Development (L&D), leading to her redesignation as a Hygiene and Training Executive. Her commitment to excellence in training and hygiene standards earned her subsequent roles at renowned properties like ITC Maratha, Mumbai, and Holiday Inn Goa Candolim.

In her new position at Fairfield by Marriott, Shubhangi is dedicated to fostering employee growth and development while ensuring top-notch service quality. Her focus on maintaining a healthy and positive work environment will further strengthen the hotel’s reputation for exceptional hospitality.
