With over 13 years of experience in hospitality management and staff training, Subarna Bhattacharjee has earned his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Tourism from Annamalai University (Bengal Nalanda Group). This individual fosters a strong relationship with the Front Office, ensuring seamless communication for operational efficiency. His role involves supervising and approving budgets for guest rooms and cleaning supplies. He directs the housekeeping team towards key operational components for enhanced guest satisfaction and financial performance. Mr. Bhattacharjee skillfully handles guest concerns, communicates expectations, acknowledges performance, and strives for optimal business outcomes.

In his current role as Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Bhattacharjee oversees the comprehensive housekeeping operations of the hotel, including the upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, employee areas, and more. He is keen on maintaining and upholding the brand standards, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
