Prior to his new role, Mohit served as the Director of Rooms at Marriott International in Jaipur, where he was instrumental in enhancing guest experiences and streamlining operations. His career with Marriott has also seen him manage front office operations in cities like Kolkata and Jaisalmer, demonstrating a consistent track record of leadership and service excellence.

Mohit holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Gyan Vihar University. Fluent in Spanish and deeply familiar with the dynamics of hotel management, Mohit’s international exposure and comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry make him an ideal leader for Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur.
