Prashant brings alongwith nearly 2 decades of enriched culinary experience, majorly spending time with ITC hotels. Indian cuisine being his firs t love, he has, while moving up the success ladder, across multiple assignments, mustered diverse knowledge and skills in International cuisine as well. His last assignment was with ITC Fortune Inn, Vadodara.

Alongwith supervising kitchen operations, maintaining brand guided quality and hygiene standards, he will be involved in curating a new menu for The Glass House, the popular multicuisine restaurant.

Being hands on, Prashant believes in getting the basics correct, the foundation for preparing delectable, wholesome and flavoursome food.
