Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram, an IHG Hotel is delighted to announce the joining of Mr. Dilsher Singh as the Front Office Manager, effective March 2023.

Dilsher joins us as a seasoned hotelier from Aloft Bangalore Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru. Through his engagement with companies like Marriott International, Le Meridien Goa Calangute, W Goa and Goa Marriott Resort & Spa, he brings a diverse experience with him.

His areas of competence include brand loyalty and recognition, excellent people skills and the ability to multitask alongside growing business volumes by using advanced upsell techniques. He has a strong grasp of technology and the ability to think analytically.

His last assignment was with the Aloft Bangalore Outer Ring Road as Front Office Manager.

He is passionate about reading, enjoys biking & exploring different genres of music.
