Chef Gobu brings along with him an industry experience of 17 years, starting his career with Taj fisherman cove, Oberoi Gurugram, Trident, international experience Dubai Zabeel Palace, The Park chennai, four seasons Bengaluru and has been associated with other IHG Hotels in India.

With his great skills and knowledge in culinary, he can bring out the mouthwatering flavours & taste, bringing in wealth of expertise & creativity to our kitchen.

Along with his culinary skills chef Gobu has problem solving & leadership skills which he utilizes in managing the food production operation. Here, he will be handling Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park.

With his passion for food & continuous learning attitude chef Gobu has been able to manage food costing while maintain the food safety & sanitization standards. Using his presentation skills, he brings together all the flavours across India on our plate.

On a personal front, Chef Gobu has been a fan of travelling & exploring different cultures & food, and a state level player in cricket in his hometown.
