Prior to joining Marriott Hotels, Vipul excelled as the Front Office Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts in Gurugram, Haryana. In this capacity, he developed strong skills in operations management, team leadership, customer service, and business development. His contributions were instrumental in enhancing the guest experience and ensuring the smooth operation of front office activities.

Vipul’s journey in the hospitality industry is marked by a significant tenure at IHG Hotels & Resorts. He advanced from Front Office Executive to Duty Manager, and ultimately to Senior Duty Manager, managing guest relations and front office operations at prominent IHG properties, including Holiday Inn Cochin and Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport. His responsibilities included ensuring high-quality guest services and effectively resolving guest complaints.

Vipul holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Pacific University Udaipur, graduating with first-grade honors.
