Shrikant brings with him a wealth of experience, boasting an impressive 2 decades career in the culinary expertise. With a proven track record of delivering results, his expertise will undoubtedly be invaluable to our team. He will report directly to our esteemed Hotel Manager, Aniket Kulkarni.
Having commenced his journey in the hospitality industry at GRAND HYATT, MUMBAI, where he served as a Demi-Chef-De Partie, Shrikant has since traversed through various roles within versatile Hotel brands, Retail Industry and Cloud Kitchens such as Swiggy, Mezza9 and The Poona Cloud Kitchen and Radisson. His most recent tenure as Executive Sous Chef at Radisson Blu, Indore has further honed his skills and deepened his understanding of our industry.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Shrikant is known for his passion for Swimming and cycling which adds an enriching dimension to his character.
