Known for his creative approach to Indian and regional cuisines, Chef Bisht has a strong commitment to sustainable sourcing, exceptional food quality, and cost control. His past accomplishments include curating special menus, managing large-scale events, and establishing new dining concepts that cater to diverse guest preferences.
