He previously served as the Director of Operations and has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Rahul brings an impressive background in the hospitality industry, having completed his Hotel Management graduation from IHMCTAN Mumbai, the country’s flagship institute. He started his career as a Corporate Leadership Trainee with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and went on to assume various managerial roles at renowned properties, including Hyatt Regency Mumbai, Grand Hyatt Goa, and Hyatt Regency Ludhiana.

In October 2015, he joined Conrad Pune as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, contributing significantly to the successful opening of the hotel. Over the years, he showcased his expertise and dedication, leading to his appointment as Director of Food & Beverage in February 2017.

Rahul’s responsibilities encompassed overseeing 07 diverse outlets, along with managing a substantial banqueting space of 20,000 square feet. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in driving effective marketing initiatives, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Under his prowess, Conrad Pune received the award for the Best F&B Department in the entire APAC region of Hilton Hotels in 2018.

In June 2021, he was further promoted to the role of Director of Operations and assumed the position of GM In-Charge for Conrad Pune in July 2021. Under his leadership, the hotel thrived, achieving new heights in terms of service excellence, operational efficiency, and positioning within the market.

Adding to his accolades, he successfully undertook the opening of the Italian Rooftop Restaurant, AlDiLa, in December 2021, further expanding Conrad Pune’s culinary offerings, as well as setting up an additional 41 guest rooms, expanding Conrad Pune’s inventory to 351 rooms.

With a remarkable association of over seven years since October 2015, Rahul’s promotion to the position of Hotel Manager is a testament to his exceptional capabilities and dedication to Conrad Pune.

He enjoys travelling, sports, cooking, watching movies and playing on his PS5 along with his son in his spare time. Additionally, cherishing moments with his family holds a special place in his heart.
