Mumbai, 18th April 24: Chrome Asia Hospitality announces the appointment of Chef Beena Noronha as Corporate Chef – European Cuisine. Initiating her role at Gigi, Chef Beena specializes in modern cuisine by taking inspiration from traditional dishes. Chef Beena joins Chrome Asia Hospitality from St Regis, Mumbai. Prior to exploring the world of culinary, chef has worked in the fashion industry for over 10 years. It was her passion for cooking that inspired her to take the leap and follow her true calling of pursuing culinary and preparing art works in the kitchen.

Driven by passion for creativity, Chef Beena finds joy in impacting people’s lives through her culinary talent. A firm believer of – ‘cooking is not merely a skill but an art form’, chef is passionate and bold enough to move beyond the realms of traditional cooking and experiment modern techniques and gastronomy. Her travel adventures have exposed her to a diverse array of cuisines, including Asian, French, Italian, Mexican, American, Mediterranean, Arabic, and Indian. Throughout this journey, she learned the invaluable lesson of honoring ingredients and allowing them to narrate a compelling story.
