Chef Wangyong is a culinary specialist with over 17 years of expertise in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine, leading the culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences along with his signature dishes that are bursting with flavor and texture.

Having worked in some of Asia’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants, Chef Wangyong Liang brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in Chinese cuisine. Liang began his career as a Chef at the Xian Jing Garden Hotel, China. He proceeded down this career path at the Chinese embassy in India, where he had the chance to prepare meals for Chinese President Hu Jintao, XI Jinping, Wen Jiabao, Li Keqiang, and the delegation’s visit to India. Liang joins the Hyatt family after a gap of over 3 years.
