Team BCIHMCT gave a warm welcome to Mr. Bhandari on 30^th September 2019 and congratulated him in exhilaration. Mr. Bhandari, formerly served as the Principal of the institute for 12 years and brings along an impressive history of visionary leadership and progressive management.
