Having gained experiences from Porto Alegre in Brazil to the French Pyrenees and recently in Muscat I am so keen to bring my fusion dining experience by using Laos flavours.”
As a kick-off introduction, Avani+ Luang Prabang launches Dish of The Week program at Main Street Bar & Grill, highlighting the chef’s exclusively curated dishes. The first dishes are Pan Seared Fresh Tilapia and Laos Spiced Steak, which are much inspired by the abundant components in Luang Prabang.
