As we celebrate Millet Year, we have incorporated healthy millets into our menu from breakfast to dinner. Our star dishes include five-grain millet porridge, Pearl millet khichda, Multigrain dosa, and Rye Idly. We also offer unique options like Amaranth fish and chips, millet risotto, and millet breads that replace traditional ones.

In addition to our focus on millets, we have also implemented the use of earthen vessels for cooking. This slow cooking process helps retain the healthy vitamins and nutrients in the food.
