With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sandeep is a seasoned professional in his field. He will be responsible for overseeing Human resources management, driving strategic goals, employment and hiring functions, learning & development, and increasing employee satisfaction by putting creative ideas into practice.

Sandeep started his journey with Marriott International with Jaipur Marriott and later worked with hotels like JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, and The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa. Before joining Aloft New Delhi Aerocity, he was the Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri New Delhi.
