In his new role, he will be planning, developing and ensuring the overall operations of the housekeeping department to the highest standard of safety and cleanliness to make sure that all the guidelines are met with the optimum sincerity keeping in mind the local state standards. He will also oversee the recruitment of the housekeeping staff allowing quality personnel to join the property.

With his overall experience of nearly 10 years, Abhishek is adept at administering the entire operations of housekeeping, maintaining documents, liaising with other departments and keeping track of supplies. He is a thorough team player with sound knowledge about Guest Relationship Management, Revenue Management, Budgeting and Cost Control, Cross-functional Coordination, Finance Management and more.
