Pune, 26th October, 2022: Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan has appointed Vikram N. Patil as ‘Junior Sous Chef’ to join their culinary team. Chef Vikram will be working closely with Executive Chef Feroz Patel and Sous Chef Pradnesh Kishore handling the culinary operations of the Hotel and the in-house MoMo café.

Chef Vikram holds a Hotel Management degree from VIHMCT from Mumbai University. Chef Vikram specialises in Indian Curry, Tandoor, Continental, South Indian and Indian Sweet Section.

Chef has an extensive experience in culinary field and has worked with various renowned brands in India and abroad. Chef Vikram has gained his expertise by working with phenomenal teams at Fairfield by Marriott, Oakwood Residency, Grand Mercure and others. He has won many competitions in India and Overseas to his credit.

Talking about the appointment Chef Vikram said- I am excited to join the team at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan. I’m thrilled to expand my role and collaborate closely with the team at a hotel renowned for its culinary framework and amazing hospitality.
