Ahmedabad, May 26, 2020: ITC Hotels recently announced the appointment of Nimish Agrawal as the executive housekeeper at one of its luxury collection of hotels, the ITC Narmada in Ahmedabad. A bachelor and an MBA with Hotel Management, Nimish comes with a 17-years of experience with ITC Hotels and understands its benchmarks of luxury hospitality at best with his diverse experience.

At ITC Narmada, Nimish will directly oversee the finesse in housekeeping not just to ensure the highest standard of hygiene but building an ambience that overall elevates the guest’s stay experience at the property. Using his astute approach with a stride for perfection, Nimish will spearhead the designing of processes, and selecting the best bouquet of service offerings to the guests at ITC Narmada, meeting the ITC promise of hospitality and taking the city’s benchmark of luxury a notch above.

To his credit, Nimish holds certification for four roles of leadership by Franklin Covey. Having started out his career with ITC Mughal in July 2005, Nimish has worked with brands like Welcome Hotel Rama International, Welcome Hotel in Vadodara, ITC Rajputana and ITC Grand Goa and now has recently begun his stint with ITC Narmada.
