(IT), Firoz comes with a brilliant academic track record along with a well-rounded professional experience of over 17 years in luxury hospitality sales and business development with some of the most prestigious brands in the industry.

As a Sales leader, Firoz has been associated with renowned luxury hospitality brands including Sofitel and The Leela. His track record includes notable achievements such as being named “Sales Person of the Year” and “Top Yield Achiever” during his tenure at The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts. His strategic business acumen, eye for detail and exceptional leadership brings in wealth of experience and expertise to our team.

In his new role, Firoz will oversee the strategic direction of the sales department, driving key initiatives to enhance the resort’s market presence. With a deep understanding of both business and leisure segments, he will focus on optimizing hotel’s revenue performance and strengthening client relationships.

As an Associate Director of Sales, Firoz will lead a dynamic team, driving sales strategies that cater to both domestic and international markets. He will also focus on leveraging the unique features of Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar, positioning the resort as a premier destination for leisure and business travelers.
