Vani will helm operations and management with a focus on creating unique guest experiences, market growth, and profitability while elevating the brand positioning of the iconic establishment as a vibrant hub of innovation and excellence.

Throughout her illustrious career of over two decades in the hospitality industry, Vani has been celebrated for her sharp business acumen, strategic execution, and operational expertise. 

Her professional trajectory began in the front office at Le Méridien Bengaluru, and her passion for growth and learning led her to transition into Sales and Marketing. Since 2005, Vani has thrived in various Sales & Marketing roles within Marriott International’s Global and National Sales Offices, where she earned significant accolades and multiple awards for her outstanding contributions. A visionary leader, her extensive tenure includes key leadership positions where she spearheaded Sales and Operations to establish revenue generation as her forte.

In her previous role as hotel manager at Four Points by Sheraton, Visakhapatnam, Vani successfully managed the 123-key property, earning recognition for her strategic leadership that elevated operational excellence, guest engagement, and team development.

Vani’s stellar reputation in the industry stems from her ability to create and lead top-tier teams to achieve remarkable success. She is deeply committed to fostering professional growth within her team and is known for her empathetic leadership. 

Aligned with Aloft ORR’s commitment to service excellence, innovation, and inclusivity, Vani will be instrumental in guiding the organization to new heights. Vani’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Aloft ORR, as she is set to lead the hotel to new heights.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, from Mangalore University, Vani is an avid art and fitness enthusiast. A certified yoga teacher, she loves discovering new travel destinations and cherishes the time spent with her family the most.
