Prior to his current role, as Resident Manager at ITC Grand Chola in Chennai, Upender demonstrated exceptional leadership in hotel operations, consistently prioritizing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency over a period of one year and seven months.

Upender possesses a commendable background in the Food & Beverage industry, having served as the Food & Beverage Manager at esteemed establishments such as ITC Maratha in Mumbai, ITC Gardenia in Bengaluru, ITC Kakatiya in Hyderabad and Manager – Conventions & Events Operations in ITC Grand Chola in Chennai. His diverse experiences showcase his remarkable versatility and expertise in managing food and beverage operations.
