Conrad Bengaluru has appointed Clebhert Pinto as the Concierge Manager. With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Clebhert has worked with prestigious properties like Taj, Starwood, Southern Sun, Emaar, and Accor in the Middle East, as well as Grand Hyatt and Leela Palaces and Resorts in India. His portfolio includes positions at Grand Hyatt Goa, Novotel Al Barsha Dubai, VIDA Hotels and Resorts Dubai, Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, Taj Palace Hotel Dubai, and Le Royal Meridian Hotel Mumbai.

In his role as Concierge Manager, Clebhert oversees Concierge, Airport Services, and Travel Desk Services. His responsibilities include coordinating meticulously with the hotel’s Airport Representative for V.I.P. guest pickups and drop-offs. Clebhert’s dedication to providing exceptional service ensures that every guest experience is seamless and memorable.

Clebhert is a keen learner with a pursuit of excellence. He has enriched his skills through various training programs, including Telephone Techniques, Fire Training and Drills, Train-the-Trainer (TTT), Situational Leadership, Service Culture, and TSA Upselling. Additionally, he attended the 54th Concierge Congress in Denmark in 2008, participated in an English Business Writing workshop, and completed training in Sales Essentials and First Aid.
