Avinash’s professional journey is marked by his most recent role as Assistant Financial Controller at Courtyard by Marriott, Raipur, and Finance Controller at Tropicana Resort & Spa Alibaug (Club Mahindra), where he demonstrated his expertise in optimizing cash flow management and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

His career also includes significant positions at DoubleTree By Hilton Ahmedabad, The Park Navi Mumbai, and JW Marriott Hotel Pune, among others. Throughout these roles, Avinash has consistently led financial operations, supported external audits, and prepared critical financial reports, showcasing his proficiency with various financial software and tools.

Avinash holds an MBA in Finance from D.Y. Patil College Talegaon Pune (Pune University), further solidifying his strong foundation in financial management. His accomplishments include being awarded Executive of the Year and Manager of the Month at JW Marriott Hotel Pune and Courtyard by Marriott Raipur, respectively. Additionally, Avinash is a national player in Mallakhamb and Yoga, highlighting his dedication and discipline.
