With over a decade of experience in the hospitality and pharmaceutical industries, Ravinder is a proven sales and marketing leader, known for his problem-solving skills and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, driving revenue and profit growth.

In his previous role, Ravinder led a high-performing sales team, developed and aligned sales goals with broader business objectives, and managed daily operations. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have been key to achieving targets and coordinating with stakeholders. Outside of work, Ravinder is a football enthusiast and Arsenal supporter. Additionally, he enjoys trekking, finding inspiration and reconnecting with nature. Prior to joining Hilton Embassy GolfLinks Bangalore, Srinivas held prestigious managerial positions in housekeeping at well-known hotels such as Novotel Vijayawada Varun, Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, Novotel Chennai Sipcot, Radisson Hyderabad Hitech City, and The Park, Hyderabad. His expertise spans across various areas including housekeeping, front office management, resource allocation, team leadership, and administrative efficiency. A seasoned professional with a keen eye for detail, Srinivas has made a name for himself through his exceptional skills in managing housekeeping operations, implementing top-tier cleaning protocols, and creating personalized training modules to nurture talent and promote organizational harmony.

When he is not at work, Srinivas enjoys sports, particularly cricket and football. He also has a passion for exploring different Indian states on his bike, showcasing his adventurous spirit and love for travel. Tushar Kumar Das

 Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tushar Kumar Das as the Executive Sous Chef. With 15 years of experience in various culinary roles, Tushar brings expertise in developing and delivering comprehensive dining services, with a strong focus on revenue enhancement and cost control.

Tushar has worked for renowned brands such as Radisson, Avasa, Westin, JW Marriott, Vivanta by Taj, and The Oberoi. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, a strong record of nurturing customer loyalty, and a flair for creativity and consistency in delivering fine dining experiences across a wide variety of styles and cuisines. In his new role, Tushar will be assisting head chef in menu planning, food preparation and kitchen management, ensuring food quality and safety standards.
