A passionate and dynamic professional in Hotels Operation, Maintenance & Project Management, with nearly two decades of experience, Vinod brings along a set of impressive leadership skills and a thorough understanding of hotel operations. He will also be overseeing the hotel’s maintenance work.

Kamlesh comes with at least two decades of experience in the field of security services and will be overseeing the security operations and management at Welcomhotel Ahmedabad.

Vinod has worked in the Operations domain in the hospitality sector areas across various hospitality brands across different markets. His extensive experience and expertise in pre-opening of hotel properties, their handover and takeover, team building, safety and security, devising policies and ensuring a smooth coordination with internal and external departments, makes Vinod an ideal candidate for his role at Welcomhotel Ahmedabad. He has been associated with brands of repute including St Regis, Hilton, and Le Royal Meridien among others.

In the domain of security services, working in Ahmedabad’s hospitality sector through his extensive career gives Kamlesh an edge in understanding the clients as well as various facets of the security systems implemented by different hotels. Moreover, he has worked in different roles to climb up the ladder to become the Chief Security Officer at Welcomhotel Ahmedabad. This gives him a thorough understanding of all the processes which will aid him in his informed decision-making at his new role as the Chief Security Officer.

Kamlesh has worked with hospitality brands of repute including Courtyard by Marriott, Novotel and Fortune Landmark here. His seasoned acumen and a confident attitude will be a great value addition to Welcomhotel Ahmedabad in handling the hotel’s security operations be it managing the security staff or coordinating with the management.
