He previously served as the Executive Chef and has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. He successfully completed his “ SHINE 1”, Hilton’s global leadership development program in March 2023

Abhishek brings an impressive background in the hospitality industry, having completed his Hotel Management graduation from IHMCTAN Bangalore. He started his career in international culinary landscape with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Dubai and went on to assume various roles at renowned properties, including LRM Dubai, Grosvenor house Dubai, Intercontinental Dubai, BBC Belgium, CCL USA, ITC Savoy Mussorie and won the prestigious gold and silver medals at Emirates culinary guild

In July 2021, he joined Hilton Jaipur as Executive Chef, contributing significantly to the successful running of the hotel.

Abhishek’s responsibilities encompassed overseeing the culinary portfolio of 04 diverse outlets, along with managing a substantial banqueting space of 10,000 square feet. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in driving effective marketing initiatives, positioning of food and beverage of the hotel and enhancing guest satisfaction. Under his prowess, the outlets received multiple awards on various platforms

Adding to his accolades, he successfully undertook the relaunch of Indian specialty restaurant “Chaandi “and the opening of the Rooftop Restaurant, Nebulae, in May 2022, further expanding Hilton Jaipur’s culinary offerings.

With a remarkable association of over 04 years with Hilton Hotels since August 2019, Abhishek’s promotion to the position of Operations Manager is a testament to his exceptional capabilities and dedication to Hilton Jaipur.
