Novotel & ibis Chennai OMR is glad to welcome our Executive Chef Nisarg R Chavan. Prior to joining us,  he served as Executive Chef at Novotel Ahmedabad. 

With a culinary legacy spanning over 15 years, Chef Nisarg has worked for an array of properties – Novotel  Lucknow, ibis Pune, ibis Chennai city center, El Cafe Amigos Pune, Radisson Hotel Kandla, ITC Maratha  and Novotel Hyderabad. 

Chef Nisarg a virtuoso of culinary creativity loves India’s local flavors, enjoys going on biking trails and is  an avid reader of Sci-Fi novels during his leisure time.
