Rahul Bhagat, an IHM Mumbai graduate, embarked on a distinguished career as a Corporate Leadership Trainee with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts before joining Hilton. Starting as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for the pre-opening at Conrad Pune, he quickly ascended to Director of Food & Beverage, overseeing seven outlets and a substantial banqueting space. Under his dynamic leadership, Conrad Pune’s Food & Beverage Department earned the Best in the APAC region of Hilton Hotels in 2018. Rahul’s journey continued with promotions to Director of Operations and GM In-Charge to Hotel Manager, showcasing his instrumental role in the hotel’s success.
