Prior to joining Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks, Sourav served as the Food & Beverage Manager at Kochi Marriott Hotel. His 15+ years of experience in managing teams and demonstrating exceptional leadership abilities is truly commendable. Sourav’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Tourism from NIMS Kolkata, and his career has been enriched by collaborations with esteemed hotel groups such as Hyatt, Marriott, and Accor.

Sourav is well-versed in the dynamic work environment of the industry and possesses extensive knowledge that spans various facets of the field. His exceptional communication skills redefine the art of engagement, fostering a holistic approach to guest interactions.

With a strong focus on leadership, Sourav excels in providing a high level of customer service. He is poised to meticulously oversee operations and develop service standards that enhance profitability.

Outside of his professional life, Sourav’s interests include watching movies or series based on true events and embarking on solo long bike rides. He is passionate about travel and actively engages in volunteering activities that contribute to the betterment of society.
