Mrs. Shilpi Khanna is a seasoned luxury hospitality professional with a remarkable career spanning over two decades. Her expertise has been honed through leadership roles in renowned hospitality chains such as ITC, Oberoi Hotels, Marriott, and, most recently, the Hilton Group. With a unique blend of experience from both Indian hospitality giants like ITC and Oberoi Group, as well as international hotel chains like Marriott and Hilton, Shilpi brings a wealth of knowledge to curate exceptional guest experiences while demonstrating sharp business acumen.
Shilpi’s educational journey includes being an alumna of the prestigious IHM Kolkata. She’s also a distinguished national-level scholarship holder from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. To further enrich her skills, she pursued post-graduation in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Her career has taken her to various vibrant cities across India, including Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, and, most recently, as the Director of Operations at Conrad Bengaluru.
One of Shilpi’s standout strengths lies in her ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, inspiring them to consistently deliver their best. She firmly believes that teamwork and synergy are the key drivers of exceptional guest experiences. In Shilpi’s own words, “I am thrilled to embark on this exciting journey as a part of Hyatt Centric Juhu, and I eagerly anticipate welcoming everyone to our new Japanese restaurant Sesame, a culinary haven for food enthusiasts!
