October’23, Goa: ITC Hotels has announced the appointment of Mr. Manas Krishnamoorthy as the new General Manager of the ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa. With an astute sense of business and operations, Manas brings with him an experience of over two decades in luxury hospitality.

In his new role, he is responsible for overseeing hotel operations, formulating strategies to achieve desired revenue and ensuring the highest standards of guest services synonymous with the ITC HOTELS ethos.

Prior to this, Manas served as General Manager at ITC Gardenia and ITC Windsor, Bengaluru. Spanning across his enriching career with esteemed hospitality brands, he has led hotel operations with IHG Hotels, Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, and The Imperial.

An alumnus of ITC Management Institute, Delhi NCR and WGSHA, Manipal, Manas Krishnamoorthy a true passion for running operations and leading from the front to motivate teams for meeting goals. In 2022, he was also awarded General Manager of the Year at the prestigious India International Hospitality Expo (IIHE) Excellence Awards. A PROVEN record of success combined with a will to evolve and upskill constantly, he has also contributed to several pre-opening teams including ITC Grand Central and ITC Maratha.

When he is not working or interacting with his guests, he likes to spend his time WITH his family READING, music and playing golf.
