Fancy your favourite Gin & Tonic, Whisky & Cola, Chardonnay or a Ruby Red Rose on the go? This is no longer just a far-fetched illusion of the commoner, but a market that is growing by the minute. With bespoke brands swooping into manufacturing this year, ready to drink beverages are superseding their numbers like never before. Interestingly, alcohol-free, natural wines and sustainable production and packaging have been garnering a lot of focus of beverage makers too. Low intervention wines, e-commerce accessibility and the re-imagined Rose in nuances, is taking the crown this year.

These trends for 2023, are also heavily dominated by an increased awareness of Wellness wherein, one doesn’t want to miss out on an experience but also look for ‘feels like home’ brands. Pairing food with wines is so passe, as pop-up experiences, wine and music combinations along with mounting art installations or live performances by a brand artiste is now taking centre stage for an experiential dining.

Salut!
