Mr. Darole’s career in security management is marked by his exceptional leadership and dedication. In his previous role at Novotel Mumbai International Airport, during the pre-opening phase, he displayed unwavering commitment to security and safety of the hotel. Their comprehensive risk assessment led to proactive measures that significantly reduced risks within the hotel premises, resulting in an impressive 87% rating in the pre-opening Fire-Life Safety (FLS) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) audit. He has also been associated with other well-known properties such as JW Marriott Juhu, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, Ibis styles Goa, Ibis Mumbai Airport.

In his new role at Novotel Pune, Mr. Darole will oversee all aspects of security operations, managing a team responsible for the safety of our guests and staff. His background in security management and his passion for guest safety makes him the perfect fit for our hotel.

Mr. Darole’s ability to plan, monitor, and implement security arrangements, including personnel training and deployment, aligns with our commitment to maintaining high standards in compliance with legal requirements.
